Jeff and I went through the car again Sunday - my 3rd time going through it, Jeff's probably 100th time. I think every time he (and the rest of us) look at it, it looks better and better, with less and less to fix.
Unfortunately, there are a bunch of us that can relate (I've totalled 2 914's - not in club racing though), but Jeff knows there are also a bunch of us that will help him any way possible to get him back on the track as soon as possible.
On my video from the race, you can hear me saying "No Jeff No" about a dozen times as we drove by slowly on the double yellow....made it hard to finish the rest of the race...

Good luck with your first race, I remember mine like it was yesterday! Lots of butterflies in the first "ran race" , after that it was fun! Stay clean and always remember to keep your line, let the faster cars find a way around you. Watch out for the dive bombers and have fun! Man I cant wait to go back racing again next year!

My first thoughts also! Or get the same wheel from MOMO for significantly less.

My ball joint castings are almost in line with the arms, not wrapped around....

Sorry not much to report... Im really taking this slow... at this point all ive done is strip all of the broken bits off.... I plan to start a new thread soon with a parts needed list.. (although Ive been pretty lucky and sourced a bunch through friends already.. thanks guys... you know who you are...)
