Yeah, I took all the empties out. The first time I heard the noise, I thought it was my head buzzing from a couple of glasses of Toe Jamm '08, but it's there even when I'm sober!

My vote would be for the fuel pump as well...

Hey Sergio,

Um...It's gone!

I drove the car every day this week and the noise was there from start-up to shut-down every time I got in the car. Today, I get in the car and move it out of the garage so I can get to the relay box and...No humming sound.

So, I drive it to town to run a couple of errands...Nada.

I get home, remove the relay and hook up the 30-87b jumper and although I can hear the fuel pump running, it's not the same noise. Same general location, but not the same noise.

I'm still thinking it's the fuel pump...I'll carry my jumper with me and if the noise starts up again, I'll pull off the road and see if I can duplicate it on the spot.

This could go on for years...
