I am shopping for an entry-to-mid-level roadbike and went to check out bikes at both, Pegasus Bikes (or Pegasus Cyclery?) and California Pedaler both in Danville, CA. Both seem like good outfits with knowledgeable staff. They don't both carry the same lines but they each had decent selection in my price range.

Has anyone on this forum dealt with either shop? If so, please post (or PM) positive / negative feedback.

check out bikeforums. You will find a Northern California section where you can get some good feedback. I am from Mountain View, so these shops aren't local to me.
