Anyone here going to the club meet at Cannon Beach?

My wife took a weekend off, wanted to go to Cannon Beach. I called for reservations, it happens to be the club weekend. We'll be going up Friday.

We THINK we are going, pending some last minute kid schedules. We are planning on Sat and return Sun.

I have never been to one, can you fill me in on the details? There is also an Arrive & Drive in Bend Saturday as well. They sound like entertaining events. Are the well attended?

Don't know, I've never attended one. This one was by coincidence. My wife and my work schedules never jibe with events. I have spoken to someone that has done it and they said it was enjoyable. The group is officially meeting on Saturday morning for a scenic drive down, but we will leave on Friday. As it was a last minute thing, we are not signed up for any of the "official" events. Just wondering if any other RListers were going.

I'm regretting tossing my 12 volt vac, as my wife insists on bringing the dog. He is fun, but what a shedding machine he is!
