Truspeed motors?
Has anyone had experience, good or bad, with Truspeed?
I am a Newbie who is looking for a low mileage 993(50-60K) and don't really want to get burnt.

FWIW they bid on care I eventually bought. I have been to their shop in Costa Mesa, right off the 73. Beautiful cars, not cheap, but good buzz from guys in SOCAL.

Good experience here. Bought my car 2 years ago and no surprises. A couple of minor items appeared in the PPI and Truspeed just paid to fix them, no questions asked. I also sent a friend there who had a good experience too.

They bought my CDR210 when I upgraded to CDR220. I spoke to one of the sales guys there, he drove up to pick up the radio. Really nice guy, knew a ton about Porsches. Kind of the opposite end of things, but they seem to be very reputable. I browse their website now and then, just to see what they have, always very nice examples.

If the cars are right, then I guess the only remaining "secrect" about them is how much do they discount from their proud prices? I think I heard no more than $2K in wiggle room, but I could be wrong.
