Is anyone else having trouble seeing images and Avatars?

it looks like the images are actually missing from the server... at least from looking at the avatars that i cant see. if you load them in safari it shows the missing link to the photos which is missing.
Maybe they are updating the forum software.

Hey guys - we haven't been able to replicate the concern, no matter how hard we try, so I am really sorry, but we don't know what could be causing it.

Are you able to post up a screenshot of what it looks like?
Thanks!

Earlier, I had to reload my own avatar to see it again.

I'll bet if you load it again like you normally would it will show.
Or link it from somewhere else... the issue is on the RL hosted pics

The odd thing is some people can see them which points me to think it's client side and not server side, unless they are using a reverse web proxy.
have you tried clearing browsing cache in firefox/IE and dns flush
start -> run -> cmd
ipconfig /flushdns
See if that works.

I'm not seeing some attachments, others I do see. I'm on a Mac using Safari. This started just a day or two ago.

I just looked at this thread on Firefox (for Mac) and there I can see MarkD's avatar, but on Safari, MarkD's avatar is an outlined box with a question mark in the middle and "MarkD's Avatar" at the upper left corner, but no photo.

Vbulletin has the option of storing images in the database or on the filesystem.. from a host standpoint it appears there is only one server handling the site / images from the 2 minutes i poked around.
