A couple of weeks go, I noticed that the paint from one of my bumper plugs had fallen off (see photo). I didn't notice any other damage or impact.

I sent an e-mail to Eric at BumperPlugs who told me that someone had either lightly tapped my bumper or a rock chip hit it. He then sent me a replacement at no charge!

I've had my BumperPlugs for a while and he certainly didn't have to send me a new one as I would have gladly paid for a replacement.

Count me in as well. I had the same story with a damaged bumper plug; Eric took care of me as well. That's why I refer him to all the Rennlisters, like I did the other day when someone needed Eric's nice silver hood emblem. Eric rocks.
