If any of you Nor Cal/Central Coast guys want to join me, I am arranging a tour of Bruce Canepa's amazing facility (go look it up: http://www.canepa.com/ ) on Saturday, Oct 4, 2008. I figure 10:00am is a good start time. His facility is in Scotts Valley, which is off hiway 17 just North of Santa Cruz.

Please post back if you are interested. I can jiggle the time a little if need be.

I'm posting this thread on this forum, but all Porsche nitwits are welcome.

Ted, It was a great tour. It was nice to meet you and John & Karen. Canepa has an amazing shop, museum and showroom. Shawn spent almost 3 hours showing us around. Perhaps in 6 months or so (on a non-rainy day) we can do it again.

And for all you doubters out there... yes, I brought Rufus, and yes he got throughly rained upon. And yes... still no wipers.
