I can only agree with what has already been said here. Steve spent waaay more time on the phone with me than he had to when helping me figure out what suspension I needed. Uncharateristically of me, I didn't even look around o see if I could get a better price when it came time to order.

I attribute my owning my Ruf BTR to Steve. It was nerve-wrecking to buy a car sight-unseen from Germany. Talking to Steve eased all my doubts. I know as a last resort, he can make it right for me once the car is here.
