I had a nice close look at a yellow one that was at Radnor Hunt 3 years ago, what an amazing car.

Holy crap! That is one hell of a sight! I figured it was Cali from the third photo with the flatbed in the background.

Very nice, can't believe somebody actually drives it on streets.

Sad but true .... the GT1 kit from Ebay....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsc...spagenameZWDVW

The racing beauty, 993 996 super wide body Gt1.
Very nice, original size, wide body replica lightweight GT1 conversion body for 1965-1998 Porsche 911/ 912. Comes with all gel-coated parts pictured:

Uses 993 taillights, 996, or 997 headlights. This body is set for original length mid engine 911GT1 wheelbase.
Choose: as original length or the body package that fits un altered length rear engine, 911, 912 base model (as pictured in finished cars pictures)
Gt1 body is set up for 993 (round) lights as pictured with kit. 996 light whole (egg shaped) if you prefer that front end as in picture #1.

Requires reinforcement roll cage formed after new roof install, OR you can install without cutting roof. Auction is for white gel coated parts only; cars are displayed as examples only.

Installation available locally in S. Florida. Front end bolts on, rear quarters and rockers bond on, rear deck lid bolts on. Cutting required only for rear quarters.

Your Porsche 911/912/930 can look like the super wide body, rare $1.3...Gt1.

I think there are 3 of them in the states. I remember seeing one at Callas back in the mid-late 90s, I think it was Reiser's. It was covered and they obviously didn't want it advertised that it was there.

Hello Kika, how have you been? Too bad it has those eagles on it because we never ran those on this GT1, in any race. Matt D. back east owned this car and just sold it to buy a newer 1997 GT1 which I will have the honor of servicing soon. Take care, Tony
