I bought these last year from Steve and they are incredible overkill...I love them! Now I feel comfortable doing all kinds of things under the car. Eat lunch, read the paper, practice my golf swing....

Good to know Steve! I might have you come over and help me with my under-car swing. And I can order a pizza to enjoy.

I ordered 4. I would like all of the stability that I can get if I am getting under a 3000 lb object. My sears jackstands will be retired.

+1 on the jackstands. I take a nap under mine. It's the only place my wife doesn't think to look for me.

New to this. How easy are these to use? How do you make sure the car is perfectly even, and does not slip off? I store my 1989 speester on a car lift in my garage, but the wheels stay on the raised platforms, so I contemplate putting these stands on the lift, and raising the car. I need 4, I think.
Thanks.

I own two and ordered two more last night. These are the best jackstands I've ever seen let alone used! The rest of my made in China junk will be in the trash as soon as these arrive! Do not hesitate to get these while they are available!

See post #4 from Steve in this thread. I didn't see it myself before I asked him in an email.
