Absolutely. After eight months there are some brown spots left by the car’s tires. There are also some light scratches and mares. But, it’s a garage and I don’t expect it to be perfect. The overall look is great.
This past weekend I rented a high speed floor polisher and went over it. Besides that, the only maintenance I have done has been an occasional mopping.

I installed it my self in December; 960 square feet. Total price was just under $1000. I am sure it would be slippery if it got wet... I don't wash the cars in the garage anymore. Here is the link I posted when I completed it;

I've always been curious. If you do any amount of grinding, or using a cutoff wheel, welding, or other processes that use heat or create sparks, how long do these floors hold up? I would think that I would have little craters all over the place in no time.

R2R - I had an epoxy floor and it started to lift after about 4 years.
Smiles - I grind and cut metal w/o any problems, but I take the welding outside. It would definitely damage the floor.
Here's a pic of my floor. it's now almost 4 years old and still looks great. I wax it about once a year and that makes it look good as new. You do have to be careful, but I've done some pretty heavy work including R&R of the engine /tranny. I use carpet pieces under the jack stands and floor jack to protect the floor.
FWIW, I have the plastic tiles in my other garage, and they are more durable but not as nice looking.

Home Depot. Black & white were stock, they ordered the red for me for the same (or close) to the regular price. IIRC, the tiles were about 70 cents each.

The below link will take you to the Garage Journel forum. There is a lot of great info there on all garage flooring.
