Glue for Sunroof Seal
I just got a new felt seal that goes on the forward end of the sunroof.
Does anyone know what type of glue I should use? Is there a proper procedure?

Here's a writeup on it. This guy used permatex.

No prob, good luck with the felt. Looks pretty easy to do. I just watched an Anthony Bourdain show last night and he was in the pacific northwest. Portland looks like an awesome/quirky place to live! I've got to get up that way sometime.

I used 3M trim adhesive. I don't have the part number but it was recommended by the Sunset and by my local Porsche dealer.
I highly recommend two sets of hands with this. You don't want unintentional contact between the felt and the car after you've applied the glue. (Wish I took my own advice)

Three Wheelin'
I also used 3M and it worked well. I concur that two sets of hands are useful. There was a good post here two or three weeks ago regarding sunroof seal replacement-I find it really helped me. Just leaving work or I'd look it up-search "sunroof AND seal".
Good luck
