Back by popular demand, please save the date for the next Rennlist NY Tri-State Run on Sunday, August 10th.

"Summer Drive for MS"
I believe this is our 6th Drive we have organized and Bob came up with a great idea of giving a little back while we have fun with our toys. Our drives are obviously free of charge and we volunteer our time to scout out fun routes and restaurants for everyone. We would like to "drive for a cause" and dub this one "Summer Drive for MS" as all donations will be benefitting the MS Society of NY. For the past 6 years, I have been involved with the organization by participating in the MS Bike Ride (the pedal kind) every October. This year, I will be riding the 60 miler (on my mtn bike!). With all that is happening with the housing and job markets and fuel prices it may be a stretch for some but any donations would be greatly appreciated.

For those who have been on all our runs, we will be rerunning an oldie but goodie. For those who have not joined us before, we usually meet up early Sunday morning for a nice drive and then end it with lunch. This one will be slightly different as we will be stopping off for brunch at midpoint and continue on the second half after.

This is a full rest area with a Starbucks, BK, Dunkin' Donuts, etc.

LUNCH
We will be running a slightly different format on this run I don't know what it is with BBQ places and our runs, but it seems like these are the only restaurants we find on these back roads. This way we don't have to wait until after the drive to eat and it will break up the seat time a little bit. This is a nice local place that is right on White Lake. We will be ordering off the menu as there will be no set menu. Please let me know if you will be joining us for brunch so I can make the proper reservations.

Not sure yet as we are still working on the details, but we usually meet in Northern NJ or right over the border in Upstate NY. Hope this helps some.
