Turned on my AC yesterday and put it on high blower speed. The vents were set to blow on the windshield and suddenly, all manner of crap flew out ot the vents. Now I have an irritating, rattling flutter in the vent present only when the air is directed onto the windshield. I understand that it is probably some type of lining/tape inside the vent work coming loose and fluttering when the blower is on.

My question:

Is there a way to get in and remove the material that is causing the rattling?
