Been around forever. They were one of the first satellite warehouses of Worldwide Trading (now Worldpac). Nice guy from the "mother country" named Gunther founded/owned it when I had my Porsche/BMW shop in Phoenix in the '80s. We'd order parts just to get a visit from a couple of the delivery girls..................

Ordered new headlight lenses from them. Have nothing but good things to say about 'em.

I'll just echo everyone else here.....Great service and great prices. I have been buying Audi and Porsche parts from them for the better part of a decade with zero issues.

AutoHaus is good people and they have good prices too. I even had a good experience with them when I had to return something too. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for Porsche or Mercedes parts.

Nothing but good experience with them for the past 7-8 years for my pcar, BMW, VW and Jeep. Only downside for me so far has been almost no parts for my newly acquired XC90. I shop either Sunset or Autohaus pretty much exclusively.

Great experience both on Porsche and VW parts, fast and free shipping.
Only downside in my book is the limited catalog they have, they basically only stock common maintenance parts.

They're most competitive in the "OES" market segment or "Original Equipment Supplier", that is the people that build the parts that come in the BMW, Porsche and M-B boxes, from manufacturers like Bosch, Mann and Hengst.

Between Porsche, BMW and Mercedes, they seem to have the best OES selection of BMW parts at great prices, as mentioned before. There are certain OEM items (in a white "PORSCHE" box with burgundy-colored printing) that they simply don't have. One that I insist to get in the genuine Porsche box is brake pads, usually from Sunset. I was told that they squeak less. Voodoo science or not, I'm sticking to that policy.

Not trying to split hairs but I believe it's generally referred to as OEM and OE parts.
OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer, made by the same company that makes the part for the auto mfgr. but most likely in a box from the part mfgr. (Bosch, ATE ect.)
OE = Original Equipment, the part comes in the box from the auto mfgr. even though it's made by another vendor. Usually you'll pay a premium on these parts because let's face it, the auto mfgr. and the dealer need to make money on it too.

Things like ISV's will be much cheaper thru AutohausAZ than thru Porsche even though they're both Bosch parts.

Like many others here I've been using AutohausAZ for many years for both Porsche and BMW parts. Quicker delivery than if I have to order from CA or OR.

Alex, just fyi and I bet you already know this but the Bosch rotors are on Amazon for $10.14. The caps are $56.88. Total for 2 of each: $134.04 and free shipping (not sure about Canada) Returning stuff sucks tho...

Thanks!

I'll go against the grain here. I tried to order parts from them but they wouldn't allow me to pick them up (I was in AZ and thought I would save shipping). They said they could ship them but the parts weren't all coming from the same warehouse. The multiple shipping charges would have nullified any savings.

What shipping charges because on orders over $50, shipping is free.

Even if shipping wasn't free, there is a huge difference between $128.95 (up here) and $55.93 (down there) for one distributor cap...and there are two of them.

You really have to wonder what hat businesses up here pull pricing out of.

I would never buy parts up here anyway so the savings would be as compared to Pelican. Free shipping doesn't usually extend to Canada anyway. Do they offer this? If they ship USPS it would sure help us Canadians out.
