Yes, the car is a genuine RS, comfort model with airbags, electric windows, a/c and bucket seats. Not 100% sure about the wheels, they may be Tramont, a French Speedline look-a-like.
The car has 90k km, is used sparingly but does get the occasional day out on the track, like Spa recently. I've had it for about five years and it's a keeper, brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.
