I don't usually solicit opinions on issues decided primarily on cosmetics or aesthetics because personal tastes are so subjective. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc. That said, I'm having a heck of a time making a decision between two sets of wheels and I'm looking for some additional input.

I was looking to replace a set of aftermarket wheels on my '95 NB with a set of OEM Porsche wheels. Fortunately, they are quite a few attractive OEM wheels to choose from. After a lot of thought I narrowed the choices down to the MY02s, Carrera IIIs, and the 996 GT3s. I looked for a good 2.5 months for a set of the GT3s without success. I'd contact a seller and they were already sold, or they came with tires that I didn't need, or the buyer wanted a mint for them. Finally, I gave up and ended up buying a set of OEM Carrera IIIs. Of course, the day I Paypal'd my payment to the Carrera III's seller, I ran across an almost new set of OEM GT3s from a local seller. They were priced very fairly so I ended buying those too.

So, long story short, I'm trying to decide what wheels to go with. I'm sure most every one knows what they look like but I've cut & pasted some pics of the two styles of wheels I'm choosing from. Any opinions on what would look best on a guard's red NB?

He didnt buy MY02's, he bought Carrera III and GT3's. I like the Carrera III's the best between those.

I love my MY02s ... very light and SUPER easy to keep clean!

I vote for Carrera IIIs since MY02s are not on the list. Generally I prefer 5-spoke wheels for 993s as they look more "classic" and a better match for 993s. Too bad they don't make 18" Fuchs and I'm still really bummed the Kinesis Supercup II's never got made

GT3s for sure. They look aggressive and sporty and is not a look that you see everywhere.

If the GT3s will fit I'd say those. Would love to see a picture of a 993 with them. Such a great looking wheel.

Of course, I vote for the MY02's, but I'm biased
