My C4S '96 has 122k and it's starting to cost me $$$$, cluctch, then alt, then rear control arms and one big red (long story, the bearing froze and heated the bushings and melted them and the big red and the disk and the wheel carrier ! Now the front bearings are iffy ttoo.. Plus, the ck my eng lght or else ($$$ State inspection emmison time) light is on and I have been putting a bit at a time of carbon removal solution in it's air system inj the hopes the lighgt will go blank by state emmission time.
In fact, lets make it a contest: whoever has the most miles (picture of your odometer to prove it), I will send an Exclusive Motors . Posts accepted until Parade - June 28.
Am I the king? What did I win? Use of an exclusive motor p car for a year? A trip to tour the factory (not the one in China where they make boxsters)? A ride on the space shuttle? Doesn't matter. I was lucky enough to have owned 2 brand new 993's, and have been driving one since January of 1995. It's a nice day out. Think I'll put down the top and go for a ride.
