A friend of mine from Finland is flying over to Lexington, Kentucky next week for business. He would be interested to see if there were any nice 993 C2's for sale in the area (within 100 miles or so from Lexington). If indeed he found a good car, he'd want to have it PPI'd so if you know of any 993's for sale in the area or a good place for PPI, please chime in!

There are very few 993's in Finland so I must help him to bring one back with him!

I bought my 993 in January from a fellow lister in Lexington. Had it PPI'd at Lexington Porsche. They did a pretty good job and were very responsive to my questions. If you try them, Duane is the man I spoke w/ most often.

I will be in Lexington from 21 to 24 of May and try to find a 993, year 1993...1996 (manual). If you have some hints please sent more info.

I live in Louisville and the dealer here has a 993 cab. I think it has 35K on the odometer and they just got the car in. There are no pics up on Autotrader.com yet. Louisville is about an hour away and I can give you a name of a great shop for a PPI. PM me if interested. The name of the dealer is Bluegrass Motorsports. I tend to stay away from the dealerships so no insight on them.

Paul... are you thinking of selling your C4? If you are and Tapani doesn't bite, I may know someone interested. They have been wanting one for awhile but the timing and cars weren't right. I've toyed w/ selling him my cab if I came across a nice 993 Targa, but I doubt that will happen and he really wants a coupe I think.
