I'd say mid 40s now, over the last couple of weeks I've been watching a few cars same specs same mileage maybe a little more.. high forties isn't selling, low to mid 40s cars move quicker. One car are truspeed is low 20 mileage and has failed to reach over 50k

Price offered to me is 48000 down from 52500 a month ago. A very nice looking example but no PPI yet. the car is 1000 plus miles away so shipping costs are going to come into it as well. I search daily for low to mid 40's S package cars...very few out there with reasonable miles.

I'd say 48k seems pretty fair - but only if the condition is excellent.
(I sold my nearly identical car a few weeks ago for a few k more than this - mine had 39k miles)

The new clutch/tires is a nice bonus, but the original shocks are probably not looking too good by now...?

I'd agree $45-48, I bought mine three years ago with 42 on the clock for $45.
