I bought Hawk HP Plus pads for my 993 on 3/14/08 at the CDOC store at VIR. I did two DEs since then and about 1000 street miles. These are a very nice dual purpose pad (track/autocross/street). However, I decided to move up to HT10s (installed this morning for Pocono next weekend)
I measured with a precision caliper and the remaining pad material is as follows (my HT10s new have 14/32"):
Fronts: 8/32" (Approx 60%)
Rears: 12/32" (approx 90%)
I paid $315 plus tax. I'm asking $175 shipped (CONUS only).

Am I that transparent? I'm likely going to move up to R888s or NT01s as soon as I wear through these Kumho Ecsta MXs. It's pretty funny, I went out to a parking lot last night and started doing donuts (maybe I can speed up the process). I figure I've got 2-3 DEs left before they're done. To be honest, though, I've been extremely impressed with these tires. When they get warmed up, they are extremely sticky for street tires.
