Franz,
Don't mean to hijack....but. 1972 Fiat 500L, original owner car still in Italy. I am waiting for some more info from my friend over there that is taking care of everything for me, but we have a fresh 650cc engine lined up with 40HP (stock is 18). I should have the car by July if everything works out. I am very excited..... and its air cooled. How do we say that in Italian?

Wow! I just saw a car just like that about a month ago on the rack at my mechanics shop. Red, C2S, Tan Sport Seats (with crest logo), Real Turbo Brakes, Rear Wiper (which I thought was odd) but I've seen more now, 996 Turbo wheels, Aluminum Carrera S door sills..... I mean its got to be the same car! It was for sale, there was a guy there looking at it. (he didn't know about rennlist) Dose your car have a minor paint flaw on the lower section of the hood towards the front bumper, sorta like a very minor bubble?
Anyway... If its the same car,It is truly one very nice example!
Congratulations!
