Marvin, it was great seeing you again. You should try to make one of our get-togethers the next time we have one. BTW I got to ride with Adrienne at MSR Sunday afternoon. She is one fast lady and proved her skill to the organizers of the event so they allowed her to take a passenger. Finally, Marvin, I would like to offer to permanently trade cars with you anytime - straight up - since they are both arctic silver and so "similar".

Dan it was great getting together again! I am so glad that you got a ride with adrienne. I think you would say she is one fast driver, not one fast lady, unless you know different. Please let me know when you are going to have one of your get-togethers, I would love to join you. About trading cars I need some time to think about it.

Even though I'm Porscheless right now, it is still great fun to attend the events. I enjoyed seeing friends I haven't seen in awhile and meeting the California crew and seeing their neat cars. Steve and I had a great conversation. My son Grayson also enjoyed checking out the hardware and meeting the people. Some great pics on the thread, expecially Leonard's aerial views!

Even though I'm Porscheless right now, it is still great fun to attend the events. I enjoyed seeing friends I haven't seen in awhile and meeting the California crew and seeing their neat cars. In today's economy, cant be too much worse a return than the stock market!

I just got home from one of the best road trips of my life.
It was so great to meet all the Texas (and Tennessee) gang and see their great cars. What nice people. A special thanks to Ruf for hosting the gala event. And Tony & Jodie & Shayna & Brandon for having 3 nitwits stay at theirb house. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I'm too tired to upload many of my pictures... but here is a sample of the highways we drove, and a nice shot of the gorgeous Jodie, and old whats-his-name.
