Bilstein PSS10s vs. bargain H&R PSS9 Coilover Kit (PCS model)

I'm shopping for suspension packages for my newly acquired '95 993. I've priced the PSS10 kit and found a place that was closing out an H&R PCS Coilover kit like this:
http://www.autocarparts.com/part/1658/572/
This kit uses Bilstein PSS9s shocks as part of its adjustable coilover. Originally, the H&R kit cost more than Bilstein kit did. I can pick the H&R kit up on closeout for about $300 less than a new Bilstein PSS10 coilover kit.
Is there a quality difference between the two? They seem to be the same setup with different brand springs, no? My car will be a daily driver with occasional DE and Autocross, and occasional long distance touring trips where I'll need a very soft ride for my wife's sake. Should I spring the extra $300 for the latest and greatest Bilstein PSS10s?
Thanks for any advice.

I have the H&R Monoball Aluminum race kit. The benefit of those are the small diameter coil allowing you to fit 9's in the front adn correct negative camber for aggressive driving. I am happy only because it as close to a race car as you can get. If I wanted to change spring rate. The small diameter coils are readily available in all rates.
