I've had my seats out two or three times and installed new bolts during the last exercise. I ordered low-height stainless cap screws (made in Italy) from McMaster. I think the bolt-strength debate will go on as long as we have debates on engine oil, transmission oil, and engine trays.....

Just saw your post. I take it you wnat them for the Carrera Classic? I have a couple laying around as spares - if you want I will look for them. I ordered from Parktown, not that expensive and they our a PCA Club sponsor so I figure what the heck. Try Plaza if you are out west. I live in Shaw.

But Steve is right about the choice of tool. The cheap ones are soft and will round out the bolt. Your other option is to notch them with a Dremel so you could use a screwdriver - that's how I had to get one out that someone gorilla wrenched in.
