I personally know of 5 - here is a pic of one (it is a touring with CS bits) next to my TT.

Simon.
Thanks Full boost, aware there were approx 80 Rhd regular RS made in total for UK, Aus, HK......other than the 7 commisioned by AFN Uk, never heard of any more genuine factory built Rhd CS versions.....obviously there are quite a few conversions....Obvioulsy being rhd it would be suprising to see a cup car converted, although there are 2 genuine rhd GT2R in existence!

It would be interesting if you could possibly find out more about the other 9 made for the Aus market as this would be news to a few of us...cheers

Last year one of the Uk rhd cars (not the best example) sold for £110,000 = $198600 = Aud 239500 !

Craig: I have to agree with you: that wing is too small for the wide body. You definitely need a bigger one.

Great tomorrow I'm going to try & tune in Speed Channel, or HBO on my drive.

I can confirm Fullboosts comments.

Yes Aus did receive 993 RS CS's
Yes they were factory cars [either 19 or 20 RSCS's]
A friend owned 2

If all this is a little implausable to you, remember, AUS was Porsche's first RHD market in the world.
...we have strong links to the factory

As for pricing.......this car was recently advertised for $285 000AUD
....it is no longer advertised. sold ?!? not sure.

A 23000km RS, with factory fitted rear CS spoiler recently sold for "very close" to its $285 000 asking price.......

Looking at the car above it looks very much like a regular rhd 993 RS, fitted with the Clubsport front and rear spoilers.
The genuine M003 Clubsport cars have a fully welded in Matter roll cage, the roll cage itself has a serial umber and is of type "Porsche 911 RS 993/M003". The white car above definitey has a bolt in roll cage, which more than likey makes it an M002 not an M003 Clubsport.
There is more (or less!) to a Clubsport than the bodykit!

Any chance of approx chassis numbers of the 20 rhd RSCS cars?...any still left in the Aus Porshe club?...cheers

Q, it is not unusual to see all sorts of cars marketed as clubsports, sometimes the dealers may not know the finer points themselves ?

I have sent you a PM with my email address, thanks very much!
