Just curious...

Not much, if any at all. Motorsound mufflers have a larger internal bypass pipe. With the 2" external bypass, they both sound great! Really hard to tell the difference between the two.
Actually, I believe Cactus', MarkD's, pstraub' mufflers are all Motorsound, and they sound great after the mod.
Now Stage II (that is what I run on my car) is louder and more aggressive sounding

I have have not done GHLs...yet. Care to be the first?
They sound good on the video clip. The camera is very close and they are indoors ,so it probably seems louder than they are in person.

It has internal mods, as well as the 2" external bypass. Lighter and louder. Everyone loves it on my car, but decides to go with regular LPMM....I think they are afraid It is my favorite. No resonance or droning. Here's a clip.

I got like 8 miles in the 993 today, top down with my girl. It was nice, but not enough- had to work.

Darin, after hearing that clip, I may have to come back down to California and swap out my FisterD LPMM's for Stage IIs.

Just another happy customer of Darin!

Weren't there some folks who used smaller diameter tubing for a less-loud mod?

And Darin, what's your price and timing for performing this mod? Do you have spare mufflers to swap?
