I don't know when it went missing, I has some work done last spring, and recently had some issues with my day time running lights and noticed it gone then. Who knows who the car-jack jackers is...

I do want to thank Mark though, As I was reading my posting, luck would have it, my wife walk by and asked, "what are you reading, does someone had a car jack", only to see your car jack photo! Good to know she still thinks were all "DOG".

Cheers George C

+1. I don't see anything in my trunk that looks like a jack. I need to get one, but will probably just get a scissor jack somewhere as I've heard the OEM one isn't great.

edit:
For grins, I went out and tore everything out of the trunk and found it. I think it's probably the OEM one and I certainly don't care for how it works. Probably look to pick up a scissor jack somewhere along the way.

I think Shena was a man...

I don't have a jack either. At least not stock.

Bob attached is a photo. Don't know what the cost is from Porsche in the US, but Porsche in Canada sets the price at 240.00 Cad.

This jack sucks. Is the scissor style for the 944s any better?

I had to use mine two weeks ago on flat concrete garage floor and the thing is so unstable to get it locked in as you crank on the handle. It looks great but not functional.

I love bringing old threads back to life.

And for the record, I do not discriminate. Big/Small yes.
