Default Looking at a 1994 Tiptronic 993 C2

I am looking at a 94' 993 Tiptronic C2 with roughly 50,000 miles. The vehicle is in good mechanical condition. But the car has been repainted from blue to Silver. Car checks out to be mechanically sound. I am selling my 2000 Boxster 2.7 to get this 993 as a daily driver. Would the 993 be a better daily driver than my 7 year old boxster? I recently had my water pump, suspension replaced on my 80,000 mile boxster.
Should I walk away from a repainted car? The 993 shows no frame damage or sign of accident. The car is listed for $30,000 with no warranty.

Thank you all in advance for your valuable advice.

Seeing that it's a '94, maybe the vehicle is in Taiwan? (Everything shipped to the US was designated MY95 and later) Maybe prices are higher in Taiwan, but what you describe would be a very high price in the US for a Tip that's re-painted to a different color. I'd be suspicious of a 12 year old 50,000 mile vehicle that was re-painted for no apparent reason.
