What is your other hobby other than your 993
Here is mine!
Like our cars, nothing ever has sounded as good as vinyl. Unfortunately, you have to buy a $800.00 nitty gritty vacuum to keep them quite and then have a glass of merlot and then, the magic begins with memories of what was considered the best experiences in your life.

B&W 801 Matrix 2, ITerminator wires, Bottlehead Singel Ended mono block tube, and Mcintosh MC250 (not in pic), Counterpoint SA 5.1 pre amp, Magnum Dynalab FT101 FM tuner, Simply physics Darkstar turntable with Eminent technology air bearing tone arm. And lots of vinyl records, complete Beatles (two white album, original Euro white album, Rolling stones, classical, opera, early american musical, all 70s disco stuff, lots of jazz and of course Joni Mitchell.

On the way up to the top of California's Mt Whitney 2 years ago...

I wish I knew you were into that stuff, I donated about 400 mint vinyl classical records (Phillips and Deutsche Gramophone mostly, from the early 1980s) last year because I was sick of hauling them around from duty station to duty station and no one wanted them!
