Do I actually HAVE to say anything at this point?
LUV LUV the AR. Not so big on the grey & wood... But I HATE Carbon Fiber interior bits and I have the CF shift/ebrake (from the factory) and 996/7(?) CF Turbo steering wheel from PO. I don't even notice it 'cause I'm too busy grinning and looking for curves in the road!!!
EDIT 1/25/08 - I've been asked by several people....No, I'm not offering up the CF bits for sale/trade. Maybe one day, and I'll post it at that time. thx, kjr

Sweet new ride. I bet you're in heaven right about now. Hope you're "Killing Bug's Fast" as we speak...
I love the exterior of your car. If it were my car and my wife didn't love the wood, I'd sell the wood interior parts (for probably a very good chunk of money) and buy in it's replacement an all grey leather interior. I'm not saying this to upset you, it's just what I would do.
I LOVE your 2002. I used to have a 74 2002 and miss it terribly.
Cheers,
Steve R

Somewhere out there, 12 Jags are lying helpless by the side of the road, stripped of their woody bits, equalibrium forever damaged, unable to swim properly and fend for themselves in the wild.
But seriously, for a car that fine, wood would never be a deal killer for any of us. I was "all in" for $900 worth- shifter and brake and I have no plans to change it. God forbid any of us break from the norm of the collective "group think"!
Q: So what are your plans? With so many TTs with under 30K miles, you don't have many miles "left." But by my twisted way of thinking, that's still 1.5K per year for the next 11 years...not bad!

Yes I am planning on possibly Pss9's or Pss10's.I also am thinking of buying another set of BBS RS/GT I Forged wheels
I have to think about it a bit as I like the fact that this car is a Virgin and is just the way it left the factory. It actually rides really good and handles very well
Thanks for all the comments, good and bad.If you have seen my other cars, you know I like stuff a little different that the norm.
