Sunroof wind deflector broke today....
Did a quick search but nothing really turned up.
The part that pulls the wind deflector down as the sunroof closes broke on the passenger side as I was closing the sunroof this afternoon. It looks to be just a plastic or thin metal part that broke.
any ideas on where to find this part or does anyone have an extra by any chance?

Looks as if you have found the parts ... hope it's one of the cheaper ones from that list.
The entire assembly comes out easily, held in by 8 screws. Good luck!

Easy replacement. Barely even chargeable labor at my independent shop.

This really is an easy fix with a $4 part.
Another tip to save time - just remove the two screws (26) that hold down the sliding roof track (20) and insert the new plastic hinge (23) over the spring (24) and secure with the rubber stop (22) - see the attached diagram.

Very easy fix. Took me about 5 minutes. The part is about $4 from a dealer. Get at least 2 maybe 3. If one broke, the other is probably not far behind. Then it is good to have a spare.
