Default Bilstein HD: How many miles before rebuild/replace?

I have 85K street miles on mine. They seem ok, but I wonder what to expect.

Terry, I'll bet a fresh set would be a big improvement after 85,000 miles. How does your 993 feel next to the new car which has fresh shocks?

Night and day difference, sorta like coleman's comparison on the GT3RS. There is a lot of PTM, PSM etc working in the TT that is not on the 993.

I bought chris walrod's bushing set, though I will wait to do a total suspension refresh.
