Default I might be joining the dark side

Hello all,

Been a little while since I posted in this forum. A year ago I was looking at buying another pcar, thought long and hard about a 993, ended up buyng a M491 car.

Over the holidays I had a lot of down time and somehow convinced myself I needed another car(I tend to be a little OCD).

I thought about getting a E36 M3, they seem to be pretty reasonable these days. Long story short I ended up talking to the person that I bought my first pcar from and he happened to have a 1995 993 cab that he would sell to me for around 27k. It wimbledon green on grey, 85k miles, full service history and books, compression checks out at 210 in all cylinders, no leaks whatsoever, ice cold air, fully loaded(ABD, LSD, factory phone, full leather, motorsound etc.) fully stock. I have known this guy for years and he has always been fair and honest. I really wasnt looking to get another pcar or spend that much, but I dont think I can pass this up. The front bumper and hood have been painted, but the only way you know this is by using a paint meter. Car drives nice and tight and will be delivered needing nothing.

What do you guys think?

Those are some very nice options, love the full leather. With the known history of the car and seller, and a not unreasonable price, that would be a deal to give serious consideration.

But since its a cab, wouldn't that be going over to the light side?

GET IT! there is no other car like a 911 and the 993 is the best of the breed!
I have never been sorry for any of the 3 911 derivatives I have purchased (912, 911SC, 993)
Each one was better than the last.

It seems to me if you are looking for support not to buy the car, then you presented your question to the wrong group. Just do it!
