I ordered a small but important part from them (alum shift **** insert) a while back and can't seem to get a response.
Anyone know them?

Emailed 2 different email addresses they have listed on their web site.

Any info would be appreciated.

EDIT: For the record, I would be VERY cautious doing business with this company. Not responsive, didn't have product, held my money for a couple of weeks. Looks like a business that is going to crash.

That would be great. I have sent my order # to them via email and in both voicemail messages. I am glad to hear the name Lisa Thomas! The phone # for the company just rolls to a voice message stating that Lisa Thomas is not available, leave a message... I couldn't even tell if it was pure9design.

I do not have the order # in front of me now but if she listens to the messages she will probably know what you are asking about. I ordered an aluminum shift insert.

I suspect it is a small business and they are out on vacation but I placed the order on Dec 20th with 2 day shipping. There is one other issue I mentioned in my message to her, no need to go into that here.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I need that part for a project and it is the one part I am waiting for.
