Take him to the track. If you're a better driver, you'll kick his butt.

Anything's possible, I guess, but IMHO a 3.6T > '95 993, period, track or street. One of the best and fastest street-legal Porsches ever made (if you're not concerned with MPG ). Good picture. Nice looking cars.

Of course the 964 turbo is faster. But I did not posit a situation where the drivers are equal. In PCA club racing, a 3.6 965 runs one class higher than NA 993. But if the driver of the 993 is better than the 965 driver, the 993 will run away from the turbo car. Put another way, if the 965 driver sucks and the 993 driver is skilled, the 993 driver will walk from the 965.

That is what about 100hp more (if stock) will do for you even though you have the lighter car.

I KNOW I could Mark! His stock suspension is good but not as good as the Bilsteins on my car. My car handles very nice. Also his car some lag (not much) below 4000 rpm. But....it's a bullet once the boost come on...it's like hold on. Both are a blast to drive.
