Sorry about the P-Car, I know your frustration (my previous C4S was backed into at a red light). As others have said, this should be a straight forward repair and should in no way diminish your view on the car. Just have a quality shop do the work. Scott seems like the kind of stand-up person that would fit in well with the Rennlist crowd...take a few moments and introduce him to the P-Car fold.

Got an estimate from Stuarts - $1612.53. That includes new tail light lenses if needed(in case originals are faded). He quoted me about $300 to paint the 2S split grill and turbo ducts. Ginger will come back better than before!

Harlan, got it from some guy off Pelican quite a while ago. I did all the prep and was planning to spray it at home, but likely will take this opportunity to have the pros do it. They repaired my F1fitty after a Dart bus rearended me earlier this year. Paint color match is perfect.

Good call on the paint work! It's dumping snow out right now, so we are having a white Christmas. I should back the car out as it probably has never seen snow, might make some nice pictures.
Looking forward to seeing pictures of revamped Ginger.
