Maybe an R-lister in your area could link up and check it out. One question - did it sort of "just start doing it" recently, or always so?

I just bought the car 1 month ago and noticed it on the test drive.....had 27k miles on it and i thought nothing that the 30k service wont sort out plus cleaning the isv would definately clear the issue..

i must admit though that i can be **** with my cars and i think that when you notice a little noise you "tune" into it and it seems worse. i took my wife out on the week-end and she commented that the car idler rougth without me saying anything.

FWIW, I run Techron through mine every 3 months. I've also noticed these cars like a squeaky-clean air filter, I'm doing those every 4 and each time I notice a difference in smoothness and driveability even though the filter looks clean.

Hmmmmmmmm - wonder if there's any way to drain the gas tank. Try running a can or two of Drigas thru it. Maybe you got some crappy benzine...

A good way to describe the idle Spike. Not quite a hesitation but more like a high lift performance cam. Anyone look into replacing the mounts to the RS versions to see if that clears the vibration?

No hesitation after idle = no issues to worry about. Just pure legal enjoyment.
