If you are talking about the blue 993, then I think it is an aerokit wing, but it is similar to the Turbo S wing. It may be OEM, but I'm not able to tell from the picture. More importantly, OE Porsche aerokit wings are still available.

 

I didn't see your post until now. That's a factory Aerokit wing.
