No affiliation, but maybe the guy can be talked into a good offer. I notice he has declined two already. 73K miles - probably a 26K buck car? Thoughts???

I doubt he'll let that go for 26K unless it needs work.

look at the gaps around the rear lid...

it may have been removed for innocent reasons but it needs to be investigated.

This would have been a pretty good deal?

"The muffler and exhaust systems were also serviced." ???? New bearings? Changed the fluids?

Eh I have a few gaps around the rear lid but my car was never hit. PPI would reveal it.

The fact that clutch, master/slave cylinders were changed means that the car was driven hard, which is probably a good thing (or that the person was horrible at clutching). If the PPI checked out clean it would probably be a good deal, but I am always scared of the dreaded carbon build up on these cars that requires a new top end. I would rather buy a 130K+ mileage car for 20K and do a top end to make it good as new

Even if the lid was removed in order to mount a bling-bling B-52 wing, the owner should have noticed the amazing side-to-side disparity.

My vote is rear-end collision. And subsequent, ****-poor, repair.

He surely has not discovered the 303 Aerospace Protectant which is visible by looking at that motor. Mint?

Even if it was removed for a "valid" reason the fact that it was not reinstalled with any attention to detail says a lot. And what it says ain't good.

Barbie's Jeep...

With all due respect, if you think you'll get that car for $26k you're dreaming. For the miles and condition, his price seems fair.

His ride height is SUV spec. That sums up to $2000 delete on the price right there...
