Default OT: Shipping the car. Can anyone recommend a carrier?

Can anyone recommend a carrier that can run from Texas to Kansas (roundtrip). Tried Intercity but they don't normally run south to north i guess.

Fed Ex has this service and I have seen glowing reviews.
When I priced it is was almost exactly the same as Intercity.

Just talked with Bill. Seems like a nice guy. Want to get the car up to Imagine Auto in Kansas. 2k (roundtrip). Am I crazy?

I used FedEx from San Diego to Portland in May. They were very professional and reasonably priced compared to the others. Highly recommended.

I'll be using Hog Haulers Inc. shortly for a DFW to Seattle trip. I believe they are based out of Oregon. A good friend has used them to ship his Ford GT and Ferraris in their covered trailers.

I was looking at get some mods and service done on the car. Some basic stuff and maybe something a little more involved (cams, 3.8 conversion). I've been trying to get a quote back from Steve Kaspar. I know he is busy. Right now just trying to get an idea of what at least i'm up against with the shipping. I thought about using Mike Callas at Rennsport in Sealy for the work (a lot closer) but wondering if the car will be ok there for time it needs. I know Mike has a good rep. Just want to make sure my car is going to be ok. Sound ****?
