If you are willing to spend $70k on a 993, I say get a twin turbo.

 

Good luck finding your car but if I may, try to find a "S" or a "4S". These are the ones you might need to really consider. The "S" is a very special car not many made in the years 97 thru 98. These will undoubtedly be the most coveted.

 

But.........Low numbers don't always seem to indicate the highest value. My 98 Targa is one of 122 and one of 40(ish) that were manuals but the more desireable (and the more pricey) is the C2S or C4S.......
