I, along with several other members, heard from Maxspeed. The new dead pedals are on their way to them and will be shipped to each buyer as soon as they can.

Again, I know that we all hope for perfection the first time out, but I am elated to see a company that recognizes it's mistakes and strives to correct them quickly without being threatened or chastised.

WHile the mod I made worked well enough, if I wore shoes that were kinda wide my foot could get stuck behind the dead pedal. Looking forward to the real thing. Thanks

I am impressed with their communication as well as their promise to correct the error. When I e-mailed them, they responded quickly giving me an update on the replacement pedals. They are having new pedals CNC fabricated. You can't ask for more than that if you have a problem. From now on they will have the correct fitting dead pedal. Thanks Maxspeed.

 

Do we need to notify Maxspeed or is he shipping the dead pedal to all GB buyers?
