Tom,

That car is absolutely sensantional. I love the wheel. The paint looks flawless, and I only have this to say about the interior... "you bastid. I want that stuff"!

I actually thought of it at an amusement park. The double entendre didn’t occur to me until the lady at the DMV said “Really”. The cops actually like it. I have had it on various cars and bikes for about 15 years.

It's just a street car. Fun on nice days.

Most of it was on the car when I got it. The other stuff was purchased from Marcus.

Steve, It's no Rufus, but it's not bad.

md11plt-
Please tell me more about the wheels. They are made by speedline and this is their Techart model? Or vice versa? Who markets them-Speedline? Techart? Those wheels look very close the 993 GT speedline wheels that I have been lusting after. My favorite wheel for a 993. The RH3.6 is the other wheel I would consider but they'd be a second choice over these, I think.
I love the depth at which the center spokes are mounted, deep into the wheel. Especially at the rear.
Did I tell you I like your wheels?

Thanks again, Boys. I was unsure about the paint initially, Like I said, the car had a small dent in it when I bought it. It also had quite a few rock chips on the front. I knew also that I would be modifying the front with the bumper so it did not really bother me. After they were done painting it, I could not get over how good it looked. I came around to the back of the car and noticed the grill over the rear spoiler looked pretty rough. It had a lot of orange peel. I asked if they were going to touch that up a bit and was told that was the only part of the car that had not been painted! It looked perfect, just not up to par with the rest of the car.

I got the wheels at an Atlanta dealer. There were problems initially with the fitment. CEC wheels (Thechart distributor) stepped in and exchanged the wheels for the right offset. These were the last set in the country and unfortunately, Thechart (Speedline) do not make them any more. As someone else said, they are a bit heavier than stock wheels. $2500.00 shipped to PC. Quite a find. They were brand new.

The pedals and floorboard are Rennline. Simple install.
