WTB: keyless entry remote- working or not!
Hey guys-- I am looking for the 993 one button keyless entry remote fob.
It would be great if someone had one that stopped working. I don't need any of the guts, just everything but.

Surely someone here must have a remote left over from when they sold their 993, or one that accidently went through the wash and has been replaced?

You should be able to buy the "case only" at the parts counter at your Porsche dealer.
I bought one a fews years back when I converted my switch blade style to the key and fob style.

Holy crap- dealer list has went up from $17 to $85 ?? When was that DIY published?
Hell, sunset has dealer cost listed at over $50 !! I guess I will just go ahead and order it from them. . .
