After ready plenty of posts about the LPMM mod I had to have it for my 96. It felt a little risky trying to find someone local that wouldn't screw it up. I ended up shipping my mufflers to FisterD (Darin Fister) and he did an excellent job on them. FedEx ground from Seattle to FisterD was about $30 one way. The cost of the shipping was well worth it to have a quality job done by a fellow Rennlister you can trust. I shipped the mufflers out on a Sunday and had them back on my doorstep the following Saturday. The mod sounds better than I expected. It has a deeper rumble at idle and really comes on above 3500 rpm. Under light throttle and cruising you hardly notice a difference from inside the car. The mufflers should have been this way to start with. It sounds more like a Porsche now.
Thanks for the great turn around Darin! You are the LPMM man!

I'm new to Rennlist. I've only had the car since May but have been a 911 owner for 20 years. I missed the GTG at Redmond Starbucks, it's just down the street.
