Thanks PJ!

Maybe the blue top has something to do with it...

My cab also needs new shoes! Has anyone mounted Cayman style rims on a 993 (ideally a white one)? Can any of you Photoshop gurus modify one of the cab pics posted above w/these wheels?

TIA

I think that would look cool. I was considering upgrading my white Targa from the stock wheels to the 18" Cayman take-offs or even the later Turbo Twists from a 04 Boxster, but with the $$$ I'm spending this month for the new suspension and new 18" PS2's, I will just dust off some old 993 Turbo Twists that I already have.

I have a wide body and they fit under the fenders just like stock 993 wide body wheels (in other words, the extra inch of width is all on the inside). I can't say how they would fit on a narrow body.

I have them spaced out 7mm in the rear so they fit exactly like 996TT wheels (which are an inch wider than 993TT wheels). I may try a 14mm spacer. They are almost 1" taller than stock, so you might need to lower your car or get different tires than I have.
