Default This thread is Irresistible

[IMG]Here's mine.... lowered with clear corners....

By the way, did all black C4s's come with the lower portion of the rear bumper painted grey? When I had a new bumper cover put on, I had it painted all black and I think it gives a more cohesive look.

Here is my '96 C4S. Turbo tail, 19" HREs I use for the street. I will admit that it usually isn't this clean. Used mostly on the track lately.

You guys are great, thanks for showing off pictures of your beautiful cars.

Since we're all biased by owning black cars I can state without doubt that when they are clean (which last approx. 4 minutes) there is nothing like them!

BTW, has anyone done black rims with a colored outer edge? There was a 996TT a Sebring that was all black with the outer edges of the rims in yellow, I must admit looked badass along with the yellow numbers, stickers, etc.

It's unfortunate that between events there nothing to do but improve looks since the 993 came so well done from factory...it's contradictory but some days I wish the car was not so perfect. Wait, did I just say that? Naturally, this takes into consideration my skill level at driving the car (sub-novice as self assessment) even though I run Solo at events...

As a for instance, I got passed at Sebring by a 95 993 and later asked the driver what he had done to the car. It was a simple reply..."I just drive it alot and don't worry it gets faster as YOU improve". Humbling but encouraging words, I'm beyond pleased that I own a machine that is so far over my head and have to grow into. Sorry, I'm digressing but my wife won't hear it anymore

Cheers,
