Carbon fiber fire extinguisher?

I heard that there are a few coimpanies manufacturing carbon fiber-bodied Halon fire extinguishers. Besides the plumbed-in systems from SPA, does anyone know of a manufacturer making handheld versions (2.5 lb)?
